72 Hours of Improvements

I'm sure Everyones got an opinion/suggestion that youd like the clan to consider, which is why im giving EVERYONE the chance to post their thoughts whether or not it offends another.
This thread will be locked 72 hours prior to it's creation.

Rules:
• Dont mention a players username unless its about me, realmz
• Don't rage, use constructive criticism if necessary
• If possible, post a solution to the improvements.

We have 150 members in the clan but only 50 people are signed up on the website =/

I think we need someway of getting other people in the clan involved... If you look at the posts, theres only really like 8 of us that post. We should have more clan events as well, Castle wars, clan wars, Barbarian Assault, god wars, barrows, pking events, group skilling, etc. Something to get the lesser known ranks to actually come out and be part of the clan? Just my thoughts.

As for getting more people on the forums, the only thing we can do is let them know about it. No way can we force people.

I'll also be updating ranks daily, and recruiting throughout the week.

ATM, I'm still tweaking the site and thinking up ways to keep everything rolling. Keep Posting though, 48 more hours left :]

Ranks are still given out too lightly when the member hasn't done much to earn the rank. High-ranked members refuse to attend any events which is sad.

We need to recruit more and be more of an organized clan. Also, we need to enforce the part of our clan being 80 PLUS!

I'm a general in the clan, and I'm active in the cc as well as on the forum. I don't attend many of the events, because they are always at the time I can't play -.- We should have more spontaneous events ...

I can understand where that comes from. I must say i feel lazy if i base my life around a video game (i.e. Stopping what im doing at 5pm to go play runescape) even though im on here most of the day T.T We should have a daily event where we say "ok, Clan wars all day today" or "every wednesday we will play FOG"

I would love to host events, i think the idea of a scheduled event a week is a great idea and should be put into effect.

You can host any event you want now that you're an admin. Just post it on the forums and the noticeboard on Runescape.
